Alenda Golf

The 49-hectare golf park was designed by renowned architect Roland Favrat and opened in 1999. He made the 18-hole par 72 course blend in harmoniously with the natural landscape of the Sierra de las Águilas. The course is slightly hilly and about 6,300 meters long. It is very interesting and offers a lot of variation to beginners as well as professional golfers. This is due to, among others, the strategically placed bunkers and the two large water hazards. The holes are not very long and the partly wavy greens are not far apart, which means that a round can be played in a relatively short amount of time. Long hitters get their money’s worth on the course with its narrow holes and passages. For practicing purposes, there is a generous driving range, a 3-hole short course as well as pitching, putting and chipping greens. An impressive clubhouse, a restaurant, a gym and a Pro Shop complete the list of available facilities at Alenda Golf’s exquisite park. Those interested can book a handicap class at the golf school. Equipment can be rented on site. The exquisite golf restaurant and the large patio are not to be missed after the round. The patio offers a picturesque view of the mountains and the golf park. Alenda Golf is close to Alicante and can easily be reached via the Alicante – Madrid highway.
