Amstelhof Golf

The golf club Amstelhof Golf lies in the Dutch municipality of Uithoorn, which is located near the towns of Aalsmeer and Amstelveen in the province of North Holland. Uithoorn is located in the middle of the city triangle Amsterdam-Leiden-Hilversum and can easily be reached via the A4, N196, and N201 in 30 to 35 minutes. Amstelhof Golf, named after a famous Amsterdam museum, can be found directly next to the Amstelhof Sport & Health Club on the N196. The golf club is not a club in the classical sense, since particularly shortgolf and footgolf, a mixture of soccer and golf, are played on its 9-hole course. However, the practice area at Amstelhof Golf is well suited for golf training. It contains a driving range with 60 tees, 20 of which are covered, a putting green, a chipping area, various practice bunkers as well as a pitch & putt area. Moreover, the club’s terrain offers a Pro Shop in which golfers can purchase golf equipment such as golf balls, tees, or gloves.
