Argenta Golf Club

The golf club is located in the region Emilia-Romagna between Ferrara and Ravenna, not far from the conservation area Valle Santa. The course was designed in 1991 by the famous golf course architect Giovanni Trasforini and is known for being a championship course. Several professional championships have been carried out on the flat 18 hole course. The Parkland parkour is athletically challenging and requires technical and strategic know-how. But it provides fun and challenges for all handicap categories. Water hazards, that are head-on or on the side, doglegs, small dunes and natural grass and bush vegetation shape the course. Especially long hitters get their money’s worth. The driving range has more than 20 range tees of which five are covered. The practice area includes bunkers, putting, pitching and chipping green. There is a pro shop and a golf school on the course of the Argenta Golf Club. People who are interested can also hire an entire golfing equipment here. Players and guests like to treat themselves to culinary delicacies at the club restaurant “Saint Andrew” and enjoy the view of the picturesque landscape and the course from there. Golfers should absolutely not miss a tour of Ferrara and Ravenna. The cities are known worldwide for their unique historic old town. Of course Bologna, Comacchio and the landscape of the Po Delta are also worth a visit.
