Campo de Golf Palma Real Ixtapa

A beautiful golf course by the Pacific coast. The Campo de Golf Palma Real Ixtapa is located in the state of Guerrero, amidst a popular holiday resort. The 18-hole championship course was opened in 1975 and designed by the world-famous golf specialist Robert Trent Jones Jr. He integrated the slightly wavy lanes into the coastal landscape masterfully. On one side of the course, the players have a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean with long sandy beaches and natural lagoons, and on the other side, towards the inland, the Sierra Madre del Sur creates a fantastic mountain backdrop. Harmless budgies, parrots and other beautiful birds live in the trees and are a joy to observe and listen to. Sometimes, even ospreys or iguanas can be observed.
