Corfu Golf Club

This excellently located golf course on Corfu was designed by the Swiss golf course architect Donald Harradine and opened in 1971. He perfectly integrated the flat 18-hole course into the natural surroundings of the picturesque Ropa valley. The atmosphere on the golf course is quiet and the views from the fairway are breathtakingly beautiful Even though it lies just 15 kilometers from the city of Corfu, none of the city’s restlessness, noise or hectic pace are noticeable on this beautiful piece of nature. The 6,138 meter long course is demanding but fair. Both experienced golfers and beginners will find a pleasant athletic challenge here. Since the rather wide fairways are frequently lined by trees, and ditches as well as nicely set up ponds step in at many holes, a concentrated and precise game is required. Guests are always welcome. Golfers do need a registered handicap. The course of the Corfu Golf Club also offers good practice possibilities and a golf school. Equipment (rental clubs, electronic trolley, electronic cart) is available in the Pro Shop. The clubhouse offers snacks and drinks as well as a beautiful view from the terrace of the fairways and the nearby hills.
