Costa Teguise Golf

The golf course lies in the town of the same name, Costa Teguise, in the east of Lanzarote, just ten kilometers to the northeast of Arrecife. There, with a spectacular location at the foot of an old volcano, lies the 18-hole course that was designed by John Harris in 1978. The holes run along the slope and offer fantastic views of the mountainous landscape and the Atlantic. The layout is exceptional: Green fairways surrounded by palm trees wind through cacti and bushes full of blossoms, along volcanic lava or rocks. Each hole brings new challenges. Long hitters get their money’s worth when they play through lava areas, gravel, and rock. Guests are always welcome at the Costa Teguise Golf Club. A club ID with a registered handicap (28 for men, 36 for women) is required. A driving range as well as various practice greens and bunkers are available for practicing. The golf school on site offers courses or individual lessons. Those interested can complete their equipment at the Pro Shop or rent an entire set of equipment. The club restaurant Getaria, which is a popular meeting point after the round, will take care of your physical well-being.
