Disley Golf Club

Founded already in 1889, the Disley Golf Club looks back on a long history. The private club lies in the border area of Cheshire and Derbyshire. It consists of a very well-kept 18-hole course with par 70 of extraordinary beauty. It is a 5,488-meter long and hilly parkland-style course that is challenging for golfers of all levels. The Disley Golf Club has been in operation for more than 125 years. The staff here knows what matters in terms of layout, course maintenance and the numerous golf events. The club is easily reached via the A6. It is just a few minutes by car from Manchester. The club calls itself “the gem of the Peak District.” Sure enough, the course is located in an appealing landscape and offers breathtaking views of the surroundings. For practicing, there is of course a driving range as well as various practice greens. Here, players can improve their handicap or take a beginner’s course. Equipment can be rented on site at the Pro Shop. The club is very active and has several teams. Guests are always welcome, though registration is kindly requested.
