Emerald Golf Club

A comfortable golf club in Emerald, a small town in the center of Queensland. It is located about 900 kilometers to the northwest of Brisbane. The Emerald Golf Club looks back on a long history: It was founded in 1928 and contains a solid golf facility. The grounds measure 5,793 meters and are quite hilly. The 18-hole course with par 70 appealingly lies in a beautiful forest area right by the Nogoa river. The greens are always perfectly groomed. Rhododendrons, azaleas, and ferns create magical views for golfers. Although the Emerald Golf Club’s grounds contain few bunkers, water hazards as well as the hilly terrain ensure interesting playing situations and athletic challenges. The atmosphere at the golf club is casual and friendly. Guests are always welcome here. Visitors can rent golf equipment at the pro shop if interested. Carts are also available for players. After the game, golfers like to get together at the Emerald Golf Club’s club house. From there, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the golf course. Even though the golf facility borders on the city, you can leave the stress and noise of everyday life behind during a peaceful round of golf here. A visit to the botanical gardens, which is adjacent to the golf park on the other side of the A 4, is a must for visitors.
