Fairwinds Golf Club

The club’s beautiful location alone makes the Fairwinds Golf Club on Vancouver Island one of the most beautiful golf courses in Canada. Not far from Vancouver, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, and still situated in unique, calm surroundings, this course was designed by Les Furber and boasts meticulously-maintained fairways and greens, promising unforgettable hours of golf. Visitors can improve their handicap on the 18-hole championship course with par 71 or beginners can improve their general game. Thick forest, picturesque views of the ocean, and challenging differences in elevation characterize the course. The mix of elegant, friendly atmosphere and athletic challenges on the park-like grounds with bunkers, lakes, and magical springs make teeing-off on this course a truly unique experience. The large driving range and various practice greens are excellent. On-site, there is also a well-stocked Pro Shop and a golf school. The restaurant at the Fairwinds Golf Club is also terrific. For hungry golfers, the Snack Shack is located at the tenth hole, offering sandwiches, hot dogs, and other appetizing snacks. The club is open year-round due to its mild climate and does not have a handicap requirement.
