Golf Club Cansiglio

The club was already founded in 1956 and is steeped in tradition. It is located in Tambir, a small town in Belluno province in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. The town is about 16 kilometres from the provincial capital of Belluno and 95 kilometres from Venice. At an elevation of more than 1,000 metres, the course’s location is exceptionally appealing. The hilly course has water hazards and features views of the Dolomites. John Harries and Marco Croze designed the 18 hole course. The level of difficulty is considered demanding. The yellow scorecard (men) shows par 71, CR 69.8, slope 129 and length 5,701 metres. For black (women), the following applies: par 71, CR 73.5, slope 125, length 5,347 metres. For red (women), the following applies: par 71, CR 70.8, slope 119 and length 5,019 metres. For practicing, putting greens and practice bunkers are available. The driving range has 20 tees, two of which are covered. Guests are always welcome at Golf Club Cansiglio, but a club ID with handicap is required. On weekends and public holidays, a handicap of 36 applies. Softspikes are required on the course. Golf Club Cansiglio features a clubhouse and Pro Shop. Equipment is available for rent here. Caddies are available on request.
