Golf de Bordeaux Cameyrac

The Golf de Bordeaux Cameyrac golf club is in Saint-Sulpice-et-Cameyrac, a suburb of Bordeaux, which is situated in the Entre-Deux-Mers region, in the department of Gironde. It sits, surrounded by vineyards and centuries-old forests, in the middle of a residential home with lovely houses. The Golf de Bordeaux Cameyrac has good transport links. Via the Allée de la Borde, it is 5 minutes from the town center of Saint-Sulpice-et-Cameyrac to the club. The Golf de Bordeaux Cameyrac can be reached in just under 20 minutes from Libourne via the D1089 and N89, in a good 20 minutes from Saint Emilion via the D2089 and N89 and in less than a half hour from Bordeaux, the capital of the region, via the N230 and N89. The golf club was established in 1972 and has the 18 hole, par 72 Les Chênes course and the 9 hole, par 28 Les Vignes course. Jacques Quenot was responsible for designing the course. The Les Chênes course is 5,777 meters long and stretches over flat terrain with fast, flat fairways, doglegs and few water hazards. The fairways are lined with olive trees. The Les Vignes compact course is 1,188 meters long and is particularly good for training and for short shots. It can also be used for the popular, new sport, footgolf. Furthermore, the Golf de Bordeaux Cameyrac has a driving range with 20 tees, 9 of which are covered, and a large putting green.
