Golf de Luxeuil-Bellevue

The western French golf club Golf de Luxeuil-Bellevue is located in the idyllic village of Genevrey, which belongs to the department of Haute-Saône in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. It stretches across an area of 66 hectares at the foot of the Vosges and lies in the middle of the green city triangle of Vesoul-Lure-Luxeuil-les-Bains. The golf club Golf de Luxeuil-Bellevue can easily be reached in 15 to 20 minutes via the N57 from the three cities. Founded in 1991, the club owns an 18 hole par 72 course, the first nine holes of which were already accessible in 1991. The second nine holes, created after a design by golf course architect Alain Prat, were not added until 1999. The course is 6080 meters long and has a slightly hilly terrain with rather wide fairways, some of which are crossed by frontal water hazards such as streams, ponds, and lakes. Doglegs, bunkers, and an old stock of trees also contribute to the athletic and technical demands of the golf course. The older nine holes offer small, flat greens, while the newer nine provide wider greens with curves and hills. The golf club Golf de Luxeuil-Bellevue features a practice area with a driving range with 20 tees, eight of which are covered, as well as a putting green. Its 18 hole course is also the only golf course in the area of the department of Haute-Saône in the Franche-Comté.
