Golf dei Laghi

The golf club, founded in 1993, lies in a magnificent area above the Lago Maggiore and the Lago Monate. The 18-hole course with an old tree stock is located on a park-like site that used to belong to the Visconti family. The course is challenging. It was designed by architect Piero Mancinelli. Tactics and technique are required as the course is characterized by water hazards and trees. In addition to that, about a third of the holes feature flat, wooded, or hilly terrain. The players are rewarded with breathtaking views of the Lago Maggiore or Monte Rosa. Golf dei Laghi’s practice area is situated in the centre of the park and consists of a large driving range, a pitching green with bunker as well as chipping and putting green. The beautiful clubhouse is located in the former stables of the historic Visconti estate and serves as the central meeting point. Here you will also find a pro shop. Upon request, clubs, trolleys, or electric carts can be rented. The golf school offers lessons and courses. Golfers and guests alike can indulge in the culinary delicacies offered at the restaurant and the bar. The restaurant has even been awarded Best Club Restaurant. Guest are very welcome on Golf dei Laghi’s extremely beautiful and well-kept course. A registration as well as a club ID with handicap 36 are required.
