Golf Resort Cihelny

The Golf Resort Cihelny is located not far from the town of Bečov nad Teplou in the West Bohemian district of Carlsbad. It is situated in the Teplá Valley, surrounded by the nature preserve Slavkovský les (Kaiserwald) and offers a picturesque view of the river and the surrounding woods. Via Route 20, the Golf Resort Cihelny can be reached from Bečov nad Teplou and Carlsbad in 12 to 15. The golf club was founded in 2001 and is proud of its 9-hole championship course, type woodland/links with par 70, designed by the world-famous golf course architect and former first-class player, Gary Player. The 5,674-meter long course is hilly with very long fairways and several particularities. Hole 2 is played over a set of train tracks and water. Hole 4 is a double dogleg and hole 5 has a tee on a high boulder. At hole 6, golfers must tee over water, while at holes 7, 10, and 12, they must play over the Teplá river. At holes 13 and 15, the ball is teed off into the valley. The varied and demanding design of the course at the Golf Resort Cihelny offers both beginners and experienced golfers an interesting round of golf. Additionally, the club boasts a 9-hole academy course (the “Honey Course”) with par 27 and a practice area that is one of the largest in Europe.
