Golf Saint Thomas

The Golf Saint Thomas golf club is near to the southern French towns of Béziers and Pézenas in the Languedoc-Roussillion-Midi-Pyrénées region. It is situated in a wine-producing area in Garrigue landscape typical to the region with hedges and heather. The Golf Saint Thomas has excellent transport links. It can be reached in just less than 20 minutes from Béziers via the N9 and from Pézenas via the A75. The Golf Saint Thomas is easily reachable in just under 45 minutes from Narbonne via the A9 and in just less than an hour from Monpellier via the A75 and A750. Established in 1992, the golf club boasts an 18 hole, par 72 course designed by golf course architect Patrick Lambert. The 6,130 meter long course is on hilly terrain with broad fairways, fast greens, doglegs and numerous water hazards. The first 5 holes run through a pine forest, while holes 15-17 are distinguished by water. On hole 15 alone, golfers are met with 8 different water hazards. The course is described as athletically and technically challenging. However, both beginners and old hands can get by on the pine-bordered course. In the practice area of the Golf Saint Thomas, there is a driving range with 12 tees, 4 of which are covered, a putting green and a practice bunker available for use.
