Golfclub Bad Rappenau

The Golfclub Bad Rappenau is located in the district Zimmerhof of Bad Rappenau on the lightly elevated, wavy area of 72 hectares of the former Hofgut Zimmerhof in the Northwest of Baden-Württemberg. It has a nice view of the forests and ridges of the northeastern Kraichgau and is situated at the gate to the “Fünfmühlental” and near to the Römersee with its ruins of a Roman Villa Rustica. Since the Golfclub Bad Rappenau is only a few kilometers away from the connection to the A6 near Heilbronn, it can be reached quickly by car. It was founded in 1989 and offers an 18 hole course with par 72, which puts significant demands regarding skill on the players due to its design. The hilly terrain with only a few water hazards but with several slopes and well positioned bunkers requires a precise game, focus and good fitness. Golfers can practice their shots on the 220 meters long driving range with its 18 tees, of which nine are covered, in order to improve their golfing skills. Furthermore, the Golfclub Bad Rappenau includes two scope areas as well as putting and pitching greens for practice purposes. Electric trolleys and carts, trolleys and clubs can be rented. Caddies are available for golfers upon request.
