Izki Golf Urturi

Golf course Izki Golf Urturi is located near La Rioja in a beautiful landscape of mountains and forests. The 18-hole par 72 course was designed in 1994 by famous golf course architect Severiano Ballesteros and blends in harmoniously with its surroundings. The 6,500-meter course is spread across an area of 98 hectares. One of the highlights are the fairways lined with oak trees and hollies that are interesting for golfers of all handicap categories. Trees, water hazards made of ditches and lakes as well as bunkers structure the park and make golfing in this uniquely beautiful landscape a great experience. Izki Golf Urturi offers a golf school and a Pro Shop. There, you can rent a complete set of equipment including clubs, trolleys, or caddies. For practice purposes, there is a large driving range with various practice greens. Izki Golf Urturi is situated in the Basque Country on an elevation of about 700 to 800 meters, in close proximity to the Izki Nature Park, which is famous for its large population of oak and beech trees. This natural paradise is also extremely popular with hikers and is the perfect destination for an excursion.
