Jammerbugtens Golfklub

The Jammerbugtens Golfklub is also known by the name Han Herreds Golfklub and is located in the town of Fjerritslev, which lies on the North Jutlandic Island. It is embedded into the Jammerbugten nature reserve with its meadows and forests and is surrounded by an approximately three-kilometer long nature trail. Just three kilometers from the North Sea, the Jammerbugtens Golfklub is well connected for car travel. From the larger cities of Aalborg and Viborg it can be reached in 50 to 60 minutes on Routes 11 and 55, as well as 13 and 29. The club was founded in 1987 and hosts an 18-hole course of the woodland/heathland type, which has par 70 and a length of 5,490 meters. The terrain of the course features a slightly hilly design, with numerous doglegs, streams, rivers, ponds, and sand bunkers. It should provide a challenge to the sporting and tactical skill of beginners and experienced golfers alike. In addition, the Jammerbugtens Golfklub has a 9-hole Pitch&Putt course, with par 27, for golf exercises or warm ups before you take on the big course. There is also an area for the trend sport Krolf, which is a combination of croquet and golf. In the practice area there is also a driving range with ten teeing grounds, as well as a putting green.
