Kimberley Golf Club

Kimberly is counted among the traditional clubs in the Columbia Valley. It was founded in 1924 and is only around 20 minutes from the Canadian Rockies International Airport in Cranbook/British Columbia. The club is known beyond the region – not only due to its location, but also as a regular tournament host. The Kimberley Golf Club boasts a challenging 18-hole championship course with par 71. In the grandiose landscape, the course winds between two majestic Ponderosa pines above the St. Mary River. Technical and strategic competence is needed in order to navigate the bunkers and water hazards. However, the golfer is consistently rewarded with spectacular views of the mountains and river landscape. Even the training area with its 20 tees at the driving range, as well as various practice greens is excellent. During poor weather, golfers can use an indoor facility. The atmosphere at the Kimberley Golf Club is friendly and open. Visitors are welcome daily. There is a Pro Shop that offers clubs, carts, etc. for rent. Those wishing to improve their handicap, can do so with professional golf teachers. At the Raven’s Roost Restaurant, visitors enjoy meeting after a round of golf and enjoy the view from the terrace of the fantastically located golf course, as well as the grandiose landscape.
