The renovation of the new Links involved the remodelling of all the tees, greens complexes and bunkers, and the redesign of a series of holes – in the process, creating one of the largest putting-surface areas in Spain. It is a challenging course with unique views and, with the work that has taken place, it deserves its place among the best courses in Europe. La Hacienda Links Golf is European Tour Destination venue and also was named the best golf course in Spain at the World Awards in 2023! The location is unique and offers a breathtaking view of nearby Gibraltar, all the way to Africa. Eleven fairways even run directly along the coast. The highlight of the course is fairway 5. The tee is raised with a sensational view of the sea. The training area at La Hacienda offers everything that one could wish for: a driving range with 72 range tees, a practice bunker, as well as putting, pitching, and chipping greens. The golf academy offers handicap and trial courses. The club’s Pro Shop is well-stocked for those interested, it offers all golf equipment including caddies upon request.
