The Lotus Valley Golf Resort is located to the east of Bangkok, around 50 minuten from Suvarnabhumi International Airport. The former World Trade Golf and Sports Club has been undergoing a fundamental modernization by golf course architect John Morrow since 2009. Special focus was placed on harmoniously integrating modern golf course ideas into Gary Player’s excellent course. Each hole of the 18-hole course is challenging in its own way. Water comes into play at almost every hole, sometimes rather inconspicuously, sometimes trickier. The splendid course at Lotus Valley Golf Resort ranks among the best in the Bangkok region. This also applies to the spacious clubhouse, with its airy lobby and exclusive reception area. Here, guests will also find the Lotus Restaurant, which is known for its exquisite cuisine, serving Thai, as well as Japanese, Chinese, and European specialties. The Japanese spa is a great place to relax after a round of golf. The same Japanese flair also permeates the layout of Lotus Valley Golf Resort, with gorgeously designed rock gardens nestled up against various holes and water hazards. The last hole of the course is also the signature hole: A par-5 hole that runs parallel to a stretched-out pond. The Lotus Valley Golf Resort is a lovely public golf facility, both perfectly manicured and offering splendid service.
