Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club is embedded in a stunning and beautiful landscape close to Lake Como. The traditional club has been founded by an Englishman in 1907 and is considered as the second oldest golf club in Italy. In 1965 golf course architect John Harris redesigned the course in an English tradition. The athletically challenging 18-hole course, par 70 spreads out over very hilly terrain. The undulating and hilly ground as well as narrow fairways, surrounded by trees, make this course particularly difficult. The course for men is 5,482 meters long. Golfers can enjoy spectacular views of Lake Como on the fairways or at the elegant club house. The course of Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club is harmonically integrated into the landscape. Water hazards, bunkers, and narrow fairways demand technique and concentration. The course is a real treasure and impresses golfers from all over the world. Players can warm up or practice at the driving range with eleven tees and in case of rain four additional covered tees. A handicap of 54 is necessary to play at Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club. Afterwards, you can meet up with other golfers for some delicious food and excellent wine at Ristorante Far and Sure inside the club house. The golf club is 45 Minutes by car from Como. You can reach Lecco in 30 Minutes and take the ferry to get to the charming historical town of Varenna.
