Pannonia Golf & Country Club

The Pannonia Golf & Country Club lies to the east of the Hungarian capital between Érd and Tata. From the city center of Budapest, the drive takes 40 minutes. The 18-hole golf course was designed by the Austrian golf architect Hans G. Erhardt and was opened in 1996. The Pannonia Golf & Country Club was built in a valley with a diverse landscape and offers golfers of all levels an exciting playing experience. The meticulously maintained fairways provides excellent conditions, so that all PGA Tour standards are also held here. The green hills are separated by countless idyllic lakes, which also serve as obstacles for a total of eight holes. Doglegs provide suspense at holes 9 and 11, while the third fairway requires a careful choice of clubs due to its difference in elevation. As a whole, Pannonia Golf & Country Club entices with its optically and technically appealing combination vegetation, water hazards and sand bunkers. Aside from the putting, pitching and chipping greens, a practice bunker and a driving range are also available for practicing on this course. The on-site golf academy offers individual and group lessons as well as modern methods such as video analyses. The elegant architecture of the clubhouse not only blends harmoniously into the winegrowing landscape, but also provides a perfect backdrop for the high-class gastronomy and regular tournaments such as the BMW Golf Cup International at the Pannonia Golf & Country Club.
