Permaipura Golf & Country Club

The Permaipura Golf & Country Club is located in the small northern Malaysian town of Bedong in the state of Kedah. It lies in the middle of an idyllic Malaysian landscape in front of the mountain panorama of the Gunung Jerai. From Bedong’s town center, the Permaipura Golf & Country Club is just ten minutes away, while the trip form the next larger town of Sungai Petani takes 20 minutes via Route 1. The club has an 18-hole parkland course with par 72, the design of which was conceptualized by the Instagreen Sdn. Bhd. The layout of the 6,562-meter-long course at the Permaipura Golf & Country Club boasts two different 9-hole loops. The front nine features long, broad fairways, numerous sand bunkers, and water hazards that golfers must conquer. The back nine’s fairways are more open and narrow, displaying many large trees that form obstacles on the course. In terms of the challenges it presents to golfers, the golf course at the Permaipura Golf & Country Club is considered to be medium to difficult. Golfers of all handicaps can master this course and practice for it at the club’s own driving range.
