The Pine Ridge Country Club is located ten minutes outside the city of Oxford, in the suburb of North Oxford, which lies in Worcester County in the US state of Massachusetts. Eight minutes from the center of Oxford, Pine Ridge Country Club can be easily reached in about 15 minutes from the next largest town of Worcester via the Interstate 290 W. The opened an 18-hole course with par 71 in 1969, the design of which was supplied by golf course architect Phil A. Wogan. He created a 5,488 meter long course with broad, short fairways; small, undulating greens and only a few bunkers and trees. Water hazards occur mainly as a few small ponds. On the fairways, golfers will find three different tees, so that they can choose their individually best suited level of difficulty for teeing off. The course in the Pine Ridge Country is considered athletic and is therefore suited for novices as well as advanced golfers. Golfers can find golf equipment, clothes and additional necessary items such as balls, tees or gloves on site at the Pro Shop. Gas-powered carts help to comfortably manage the slight inclines of the layout. The Pine Ridge Country Club does neither have a driving range nor a practice area to train for a round of golf.
