Powerscourt Golf Club – West Course

The Powerscourt Golf Club is located in an attractive landscape between the town of Bray and the Wicklow Mountains National Park, several kilometers inland from the eastern Irish coast. The M11 begins only a few kilometers from the golf course, allowing guests to reach the club in just 45 minutes from Dublin by car. The Powerscourt Golf Club was founded in 1996 is located near many attractions around Powerscourt House, such as the highest waterfall in Ireland and wonderful gardens and parks. The Powerscourt Golf Club boasts a total of two different golf courses: The East Course and the West Course. The East Course has 18 holes and was designed by Peter McEvoy. The 13th hole offers a majestic view of the historic Powerscourt House and the range of hills behind it. The West Course is also a challenging 18-hole course, built according to designs by David McLay Kidd. Both vegetation and water are used as hazards here, including rippling stream on the 7th fairway. The training area at Powerscourt Golf Club includes a driving range, various putting greens, as well as a short-game area. Lessons can be booked with a PGA professional individually or as a group. The Pro Shop offers a wide selection of golf articles. The club house at Powerscourt Golf Club offers sunny patios with a great views and first-class food.
