Rayong Green ValleyCountry Club

The Rayong Green Valley Country Club was designed by Peter Thomson, and opened its doors in 1992. The golf facilities are located close to the Gulf of Thailand, stretching out over a hilly terrain close to Ban Chang, in the direction of Rayong. The Rayong Green Valley Country Club boasts an 18-hole, par-72 course, and ranks among the most beautiful golf facilities in Pattaya. The parkland course is integrated harmoniously in the hilly landscape; all the same, it can be traversed by foot, and without a caddy. Crags, a slew of cactuses, and various endemic plants characterize the layout. The differently sized greens are undulating, and sometimes elevated. The well-tended course is very popular with local golfers. From the fairways and greens, the golfers have delightful views of the surrounding wooded hills. At Rayong, guests can also visit the spaciously designed clubhouse and one of three restaurants. Golfers can look forward to a refreshing beer in the German-style restaurant after playing a round. The course is bordered by a manicured residential community as well as a golf resort with accommodation options. The handsome country club facility is rounded off by a polo club and equestrian trails. The drive from Pattaya to the Rayong Green Valley Country Club takes around 45 minutes.
