Reddish Vale Golf Club

The private golf club is located in Cheshire and features an 18-hole course with par 69. The course was designed in 1912 by none less than Dr. Alister MacKenzie. The world-famous golf course architect designed a course that is suitable for players of all levels and is perfectly embedded into the natural space with its hills and valleys. The River Tame has also been wonderfully incorporated: as it twists and turns through the valley, it passes by seven holes. Reddish Vale Golf Club is very active and offers its members daily special golf activities. Guests are welcome. A handicap of 28 (men) or 36 (women) is required to play on this traditional course. The local golf school offers beginner and handicap courses. There is a driving range with practice greens for training. Furthermore, there is an excellent Pro Shop directly on the club’s grounds. This wonderfully tended and calm golf course seems to be isolated from the outside world. However, the Reddish Vale Golf Club is just a few kilometers away from the center of Manchester. From there, it can be reached quickly via the M60.
