Remuda Golf Course

The Remuda Golf Course is in the city of Farr West. Farr West belongs to the Ogden City Area, which lies in Weber County in the US state of Utah. It is located in the middle of a residential area near a part of the bay of the Great Salt Lake and has a beautiful view of the impressive Wasatch Mountains. From Farr West’s center it will take only 5 minutes to reach the Remuda Golf Course, from Ogden it will take 16 minutes and from Salt Lake City it will take a full hour via the Interstate 15 N. The type parkland course with par 72 was opened in 2005 and was opened by the golf architect Keith Downs. Its 5,808-meter-long course has long fairways and (partly) large greens. Some doglegs and elevated tees are also a part of the game. The Remuda Golf Course has only a few bunkers and water hazards at just five holes. What is more, these obstacles have little relevance to the game. There are barely any trees lining the fairways, so there is a limited amount of tactical and technical difficulties on this easy, athletic course. Golfers can play with different difficulty levels by having four teeing off boxes on the fairways they can use. Golfers may practice on a 274-meter-long driving range with 24 range teeing options onto grass or mats under a roof. The putting and chipping green and a short game area are also training opportunities for the golfers.
