Seabrook Golf Club

The only links course in Tasmania west of the legendary golf course Barnbougle Dunes. The Seabrook Golf Club is located in the north of Tasmania, between the towns of Burnie and Wynyard. There, the club has a beautiful 18-hole-championship course on the coast. The par-72-course has a total length of 5,925 meters and presents itself as a combination of parkland course and traditional links course. The Seabrook Golf Club scores with its fantastic coastal location on the Bass Strait, which separates Tasmania from the Australian continent. Here, the golf players are provided with picturesque views of the ocean, especially from the holes, which are played right by the beach. Therefore, the course is not only an athletic experience, but a highlight for all senses. The terrain is flat and athletically challenging. Some water hazards and sand bunkers make sure of this. Here, especially technique and concentration are required from the players. The training area of the club is currently being relocated, the pro shop is well equipped and also offers training lessons. The Seabrook Golf Club was already founded in 1926 and therefore looks back on a long tradition. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. It is a public club, guests are welcome here all year long. Seabrook is located near Burnie Airport and there are also hotels and the like in the area.
