Shingle Creek Golf Club

The Shingle Creek Golf Club is located near the city of Orlando, Orange County, Florida. It is traversed by a creek of the same name (Shingle Creek) and is located on the grounds of Hotel Rosen Shingle Creek. From Orlando, the Shingle Creek Golf Club can be reached via I 4 W in around 20 minutes. The club opened its 18-hole course, type parkland with par 72, in 2003, designed by golf course architect, David Harman. It has a 6,609-meter long course with very long fairways, flanked by forest and large, wavy greens. Numerous bunkers, many water hazards, and some dog legs increase the course’s difficult at the Shingle Creek Golf Club. Water can be found at almost every hole and must be played across at holes 10, 16, and 17. There are five different tee boxes on the fairways, allowing golfers of all experience levels to choose the right tee. In October 2016, the golf course was reopened after a five-month long renovation process led by Arnold Palmer Design Company. The 6,503-square meter large practice area at the Shingle Creek Golf Club offers golfers a driving range, three putting greens, as well as two chipping greens. According to Golf World Magazine, the Pro Shop at the club is considered one of the top 100 best golf stores in the world.
