Tamarin Golf & Footgolf Club

It is a golf course with nine holes on Batam Island, a little bit north of the international airport of Hang Nadim. The course of the Tamarin Golf & Footgolf Club is located directly behind the port of Nongsa Point, the ferry terminal. The renowned architecture firm of Jack Nicklaus created a layout for an 18-hole-course. The golf course was opened in the year 1995 and is a good option for golf beginners to get to know the sport. The strategic layout includes numerous bunkers with white sand and accurately built greens. Water hazards in the form of ponds also interfere with the course multiple times and require skills and concentration from the players. The terrain of the Tamarin Golf & Footgolf Club is wavy and built like a nature park with beautiful trees and palm trees. From the course you can watch the ferries and countless ships. From Singapore it is only a “stone´s throw” to play on the course of the Tamarin Golf & Footgolf Club. The Tamarin Golf & Footgolf Club is a public course. Guests are always welcome.
