It lies embedded between the Gulf of Tunis and the shallow, evaporative salt lake in the middle of a nature reserve. The club opened the 18-hole links/Florida course with par 72 in 2008, designed by the renowned golf course architect Robert Trent Jones Jr. The very flat, 6,452-meter-long course runs along ledges connected through sand and dunes and displays two very different 9-hole loops called Tenacity and Courage. The fairways are interrupted by 14 lakes and wetlands and exhibit very fast greens. Holes 3 and 4 are notable, winding along both sides of a small lake, while holes 7 and 12 to 14 lead towards the banks of the salt lake.
