There, near Padstow, golfers can enjoy a breath-taking view of the bay of Canstantine – one of the most beautiful coastlines in Cornwall. The traditional club is located in an area with a holy well from the 3rd century BC. At this unique place, the club as three terrific 9-hole courses. The championship course was built by Harry S. Colt in 1925, in addition to the headland course and the short course. These are classic links courses. Wide fairways, as well as strategically placed bunkers that protect the greens, and numerous water hazards are typical for the course. The championship course runs directly along the majestic coast. Further inland lies the also challenging headland course that was designed and opened by Peer Allisse in 1993. The short course is a highlight. It goes around the ruins of the St. Constantine chapel and is well-suited for beginners. Even the training area at Trevose Golf & Country Club, the Pro Shop, and the golf school are excellent.
