Valtellina Golf Club

Founded in 1998, Valtellina Golf Club is located in Caiolo, a northern Italian community in the province of Sondrio in Lombardy. The park lies about 4 kilometres outside of the provincial capital of Sondrio. The club has an 18-hole course designed by Bani / Grattirola. One of the highlights of the flat terrain with its three small water hazards is its location that offers stunning panoramic views of mountain masses, chestnut trees, and vineyards. The level of difficulty is described as challenging, and the course offers interesting challenges for players of every handicap category. A wide range of practice facilities are available at this club. There is a putting green, pitching green, and chipping green as well as practice bunkers. The driving range has 12 tees in total, of which 8 are covered. Guests are always welcome at Valtellina Golf Club after prior registration, a club ID with a registered handicap is required. Soft spikes are recommended on the course. Dogs must be kept on a leash, GPS devices are permitted. Valtellina Golf Club disposes of a clubhouse with sanitary facilities for guests and a playground for children. There is also a parking lot for dog owners as well as a loading tray for guest carts.
