Golf Citrus - Platz Les Oliviers

Golfclub Golf Citrus is situated in the city of Hammamet which is located in northern Tunisia by the Gulf of Hammamet. It stretches across a surface of 173 hectares with six lakes and is surrounded by forests and olive groves. From Hammamet’s city center, the Golfclub Golf Citrus can be reached quickly via the Trans-African Highway 1 in about 15 minutes. It was founded in 1992 and is home to the first 45-hole golf park in Tunisia. It consists of two 18-hole parkland courses with par 72. All courses at the Golfclub Golf Citrus were designed by renowned golf course architect Ronald Fream. The 6,106-meter-long Les Oliviers Course runs along slightly hilly terrain with fast greens, broad fairways, doglegs, and water hazards at holes 6, 8. 13, 15, and 16. The La Forêt Course has a length of 6,066 meters, is very hilly with narrow fairways, wavy greens, numerous water hazards, and bunkers. At hole 3, golfers encounter ten options for teeing off for different levels of difficulty. The 9-hole executive course measures 1,221 meters and is only slightly hilly. In the 15-hectare practice area of the Golfclub Golf Citrus, a 350-meter-long driving range with 120 tees, a 3-hole short course as well as several putting and pitching greens are available to golfers.
