Crystal Bay Golf Club

A pleasant golf facility, located close to the Gulf of Thailand, between Pattaya and Chonburi. The 27-hole course of Crystal Bay Golf Club, formerly known as Natural Park Resort, opened in 1988, with a design by Japanese architect Thai Takenaka. The facilities consist of three nine-hole courses of varying difficulty, with water playing a major part in all three. Usually, it’s the fairways that are interrupted by water hazards; however, sometimes golfers need to avoid hitting the blue when teeing off for the greens. In addition, the numerous water hazards are very decorative. Bunkers pose an additional challenge on the 27-hole facility. The terrain, sometimes very undulating, has broad fairways and high palm trees. It requires both skill, strategy, and precision of players. This particularly applies to the island greens of hole 3 – a par-4 dogleg – and par-3 hole 8. All the same, the golf course is suitable for players of all handicap classes. The club is located close to Sriracha; the drive to Pattaya takes around 45 minutes, and Bangkok is only 1.5 hours away. The golf restaurant serves Thai and international cuisine, as well as refreshing beverages, which are perfect to see the day to an end after a satisfying day of golf at the Crystal Bay Golf Club.
