L.E. Ramey Golfplatz

The L.E. Ramey Golf Course is situated in the city of Kingsville, belonging to the Kleberg County in the US state of Texas. It is built on a flat terrain near the Kleberg Park at the edge of a residential area. The L.E. Ramey Golf Course can be accessed from Kingsville’s inner city in nine minutes, from the next large city, Corpus Christi, it will take 45 minutes taking the Interstate 37 N and the US-77. It opened an 18-hole parkland type course with par 72. It measures 6,479 meters in length. The layout of the course presents mesquite trees lining the elongated fairways and large greens. A few doglegs, small bunkers to protect the green and water hazards at 9 of 18 holes provide obstacles on the L.E. Ramey Golf Course, which is considered to be fairly challenging. Ponds and pools intervene in the course of the play. Hole 4 is the only hole where golfers are forced to tee over a pond crossing the fairway. Therefore, this course can be mastered by beginners and experienced golfers alike in its practice area, the L.E. Ramey Golf Course is equipped with a driving range, a putting and chipping green, as well as a practice bunker for the short game.
