HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE GOLF FEE CARD® INTERNATIONAL?

We send you your Golf Fee Card® as soon as we have received all necessary information. Usually you receive your card within 10 working days as of date of transmittal in Germany. Transit days are based on the origin country and post code.

I HAVE LOST MY GOLF FEE CARD®. HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT?

A duplicate of the card can be ordered via the service hotline +49 621 595 740 0. We charge 10 € for the replacement card.

If you’ve lost your Diners Club Golf Fee Card call immediately the service number +49 (69) 900 150-135 oder -136.

If you’ve lost your PayLife Golf Fee MasterCard® contact the PayLife hotline: +43 1 717 01 4500.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY GOLF FEE CARD® INTERNATIONAL?

Cancellations shall always be in written form by registered letter or fax. The cancellation period is 3 months before the end of the particular subsciption period.
